I ordered the laptop on 25/11/23 so quite in advance to be sure to get it for Xmas day for my son and also from the day I ordered the ETA was between 6/12/23 and 11/12/23, so I paid in full with confidence. We are now on 20/12/23 and still I have not received a firm confirmation on the ETA, according to Bing Lee email exchange with me on this topic the laptop will certainly come after Xmas which is absolutely terrible and it will ruin the joy and surprise for my son. Disappointed bad experience
